Protecting South Florida since 1982

Alarm & Electronics team leaders with staff and service vehicles

At Alarm & Electronics, we're more than an installer — we're a State-licensed, FM-certified life safety company with our own 24/7 monitoring center. For nearly four decades, we've protected homes, businesses, and government facilities across South Florida.

Alarm & Electronics (A&E) has been a trusted name in the security and life safety industry for nearly four decades. We've been licensed and certified by the State of Florida since 1982, and certified by Factory Mutual (FM) — protecting residential and commercial structures, government facilities, high-tech telecommunications buildings, and manufacturing venues across South Florida.

Our field technicians are factory-trained and State-certified as Burglar Alarm System Agents (BASA) and Fire Alarm System Agents (FASA), and our office staff uses Computer Aided Design (CAD) to plan every job. Our sister company, Central Alarm Control (CAC), operates a UL & FM-certified monitoring station with bilingual staff available 24/7. All of our companies are fully insured and bondable, with proof of insurance available on request.

Our approach

01

Designed to code,
every time

Designed to code, every time

All systems are engineered in-house using Computer Aided Design (CAD) to ensure accuracy and full compliance with fire and building codes — not a one-size-fits-all install.

02

Certified people, not just equipment

Every technician is factory-trained and State-certified (BASA/FASA). Our office and monitoring staff hold the same standard, down to NICET and FCC licensing on our leadership team.

03

We monitor
what we install

We monitor what we install

Through our sister company, Central Alarm Control, we operate our own UL & FM-certified monitoring station — so the same company that designs and installs your system is the one watching it 24/7.

The people behind the license

Every system we design carries the name of the people accountable for it. Here's who's leading Alarm & Electronics.
