By law, all our Exit Signs and Emergency Lighting have been tested by a Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory (NRTL). This certifies the product has been tested to meet or exceed all necessary standards set out by code.

Installation & Maintenance
We help select and install illuminated exit signs, emergency egress fixtures, remote heads, and photoluminescent options based on occupancy, mounting conditions, coverage, and the code requirements enforced at the property. LED fixtures can reduce energy use and routine lamp replacement, while weather-resistant and wet-location models support exterior or demanding environments.
Assessment
Our assessment starts with a visual review of each fixture, sign, battery, lamp, test switch, mounting location, and visible wiring condition. We note missing, damaged, obstructed, or inaccessible equipment and identify areas that may need additional coverage. Findings are recorded in a work-completion report, with failed components replaced to the original equipment manufacturer’s specifications where practical.
Testing & Compliance
We perform the functional and duration testing required by the applicable code and service program, including checks of lamps, batteries, charging indicators, test switches, and emergency operation. For systems that require a 90-minute duration test, we verify the unit can sustain the required period and flag failures for repair.

If a sign has failed inspection, a battery will not hold charge, or older fixtures need to be upgraded, we evaluate the cause before recommending a fix. Our technicians can replace lamps, batteries, heads, signs, and related components to manufacturer specifications, correct accessible wiring issues, and coordinate updates that bring the system closer to the current requirements adopted for the property.
